I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Pregnancy Pilates Classes at PFIWA. I truly feel that the last 10 weeks of pregnancy would have been a LOT more uncomfortable if it were not for doing those classes regularly. I always noticed my body getting more and more achy in between classes and felt great afterwards. I also think that all the breathing practice helped with pain management during labour : I made it to 8cm by breathing through my contractions, and then only had some intervention because I was prepped for a caesarean that never eventuated. So a big thanks to PFIWA.
And now.... I'm SO keen to get to the postnatal classes.

Just thought I would drop you a quick email to let you know that having recently relocated to Canberra, myself and Rob are really missing our PFI classes!

We have had a look for something similar in Canberra but:
- the style is not as athletic (just like being back in a beginners class); or
- memberships are limited to two classes per week or paying per class both which are incredibly expensive! (Whats the point in going two times a week if Mr Joseph Pilates recommends 3X/week for results that others will notice?).

We think there is a big gap in the market here, so if you were ever keen to expand to the ACT, Rob and I would be the first to sign up!

Anyway, Rob and I just wanted to thank-you for your service say how much we miss coming to your classes. We were experiencing great results at an affordable price.

This course was fantastic! I have always been really fit, until I got very sick 2 years ago and put on lots of weight. I have been trying to get back into the gym, but felt disheartened and unmotivated. These classes have really inspired me and given me hope that I can get my fitness back. My original contact with the front desk was professional and knowledgeable although friendly and efficient. The class level was appropriate because Sam was an excellent teacher. She ensured that we were all able to do the movements. Her instructions were clear, loud enough and with a sense of humour. She remembered our names quickly and I always felt she was aware of us as individuals with different strengths and weaknesses. I gained the impression from everyone that the classes and whole organisation were well organised and structured with plenty of support. I thought Frances was a wonderful instructor giving lots of background information about the exercises, how to execute them and the effect they would have on our bodies. Frances' lovely personality was an additional extra, much appreciated! All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. Thanks for the course, its been a great experience.

Suzi was always cheerful and patient. I particularly took comfort knowing that she spent one on one time with me and took into account my injuries and always provided me with modifications if I felt pain.The course was great, very informative & Suzi ensured that we were all doing it right.
