PFI Comprehensive Reformer Instruction
The PFI Comprehensive Reformer Instruction course is an intensive Pilates Reformer focussed course which upon completion will enable you to confidently instruct Reformer Pilates to groups and also in private or semi-private settings. On graduating this course you will be proficient in basic human movement and anatomy terminology and principles and be able to apply this to the Pilates methodology. Reformer Pilates is an increasingly sought after application of the Pilates method which is suited to the broader population.
The course is grounded in strong theoretical principles as well as comprehensive practical and work experience opportunities. Learn an extensive Reformer Pilates range of repertoire from introductory level through to intermediate level as well as fine tuning through multiple regressions and progressions for each exercise.
The PFI Comprehensive Reformer Instruction course teaches specific verbal and tactile cueing skills and also how to flow the cues into a smoothly delivered group class dynamic. Learn how to effectively program functionally for generally healthy bodies in a group or private setting including initial consultation programming and postural assessment.
