Private Pilates
Private Pilates at PFIWA is on offer to cater for those who find their schedule doesn’t allow for the group beginner or introductory courses. If you are unable to attend all of the set days in the group courses, you can choose to schedule your own sessions with a private instructor. All you need is four sessions of one on one instruction to learn the basics before you can join the ongoing class timetable.
If you have extensive Pilates knowledge and have previously trained at another studio, you can also choose to do private classes to gain your beginners equivalent. You may not need the full four hours of tuition, as a novice would, however it is required that a PFIWA instructor has at least one hour of instruction with you. The instructor will decide if you require the full four hours.
Private classes are also a great option for those who feel they would like more one on one attention.
In our private classes you can choose to cover the content from the Beginners Technique Course or the Introductory Reformer Course. During these sessions your instructor can tailor the Pilates exercises to suit your specific needs. The advantage of having private sessions is that the classes can flow to your pace and you are free to ask as many questions as you like.
After your private introduction to Pilates you may choose to either continue with private classes or simply join into the extensive PFIWA class timetables with many class times and types to choose from.

Booking is essential to allow us to arrange a preferable time for your classes
Four lessons at 1 hour duration will prepare you to start regular ongoing group classes
The Private Pilates Classes are a pre-requisite for the following classes:
- Basic Sculpt
- Full Body Sculpt
- Pilates Fitball
- Stretch and Core Balance
- Lower Body Sculpt
All equipment including mats is provided for you
All you need to bring is a towel and a bottle of water (and a pair of socks for Reformer Private classes)
Prices - Floor
Four 1 hour Private Floor Pilates Classes (Beginners Technique Course) = $340 (one person)
One 1 hour Private Floor Pilates Class = $100 (one person)
Prices - Reformer
Four 1 hour Private Reformer Pilates Classes (Introductory Reformer Course) = $530 (one person)
One 1 hour Private Reformer Pilates Class = $150 (one person)
