New class styles in Canning Vale

We are very happy to have been able to introduce a great new variety of classes to the Canning Vale timetable.

Come and experience Fitball, Stretch & Core Balance or Lower Body Sculpt for a new spin on your Pilates workout. 

Fitball and Lower Body Sculpt are suitable for anyone, even if you are fresh out of beginners!
Stretch & Core Balance may sound easy.... but be warned it will challenge your skill!!

You may also have noticed the small blue Pilates balls in your classes - we hope you're enjoying the challenge!

We have also added Pregnancy Pilates classes to our specialties available.
If you are planning on becoming pregnant soon, or have any friends who are expecting, Pregnancy Pilates is a great way to specifically strengthen your pelvic floor while providing an overall strengthening and stretching experience. To read more about our Pregnancy Pilates, click here.
