The four beautifully appointed studio rooms will provide for an extended timetable.
Floor and reformer classes will conveniently be held under the one roof.
The extra space means we can expand the classes on offer, as well as provide a comfortable waiting area with change room and kitchenette for you to make yourselves at home.
Cafe facilities, provided by the wonderful Blend Cafe, with healthy snack options and fresh brewed coffee, available from our new lounge, so you can linger for delicious treats or a post-class coffee!
PFIWA will remain a specialist Pilates studio, though we will also be providing the services of complementary health practitioners such as remedial massage therapists and dieticians.
