Refund Policy
Classes, courses, consultations, merchandise and membership purchases with the Pilates Fitness Institute of WA (PFIWA) are non-refundable unless an error was the fault of PFIWA.
Where appropriate either a goods exchange or replacement of the product will be issued at the discretion of PFIWA, unfortunately a change of mind is not suitable grounds for a refund. Refunds will only be given in extenuating circumstances and supporting evidence such a Medical Certificate or other appropriate documentation must be provided.
Online Shop & Merchandise Purchases
Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact PFIWA and we can arrange, as appropriate, either a goods exchange, or replacement of the product. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of your receiving the goods and must be in as new condition.
If you receive any product that is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability) once we have received return of the damaged product. If your product is lost during shipment we will send you a replacement (depending on product availability) once we have waited for the maximum delivery time to expire. All replacement items for lost / damaged products will be shipped at our cost.
Charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault Pilates Fitness Institute of WA. If you change your mind about your on-line purchase, all return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Your order can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped. The return policy conditions above will apply.
Pilates Fitness Institute of WA reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.
