Not only is this mentally draining, it can also lead to a stiff, painful back and neck, as well as inflexible muscles and occupational overuse syndrome. Pilates is the answer!

Pilates is the perfect workplace exercise as it is safe but provides so many benefits. With our Pilates you will find renewed energy and a glow of wellbeing from working your muscles in a low-impact way. With work hours becoming longer it makes sense to fit your essential exercise into the working day so that when you leave you have more time to spend with your family and friends.

What do I need to know?

Maximum class numbers of 25 (Ideal is 20 or less)

The classes run as a term of 10 weeks and you can schedule as many Pilates classes per week as you like (generally 2 per week).

For your first term, we spend the first 8 lessons teaching a Beginners Technique Course and then the remaining 2 lessons and ongoing terms will be Full Body Sculpt classes.

We will provide mats and Pilates equipment.

All you would need for your class is a towel and some water.

Prices

Our Corporate rate is $150 per class plus GST

If less than 10 people are attending and paying individually the rate is $130 per class plus GST until the class grows larger than 10 people.
