Pilates Floor Classes/Prices

First Step | Beginners | Basic Sculpt | Full Body Sculpt | Pilates Fitball | Power & Sculpt

We have an open timetable which has many different class styles available for you. All you need to bring to your class is a towel, some water and your own head block (these can be purchased at your closest studio).

There are no bookings necessary, you can just arrive when it suits you! Take a look below at our class descriptions and prices, which will help you to choose the best class styles to suit you. If you are still not sure about which classes are best for you, please feel free to call the head office for some friendly guidance.

Class Descriptions

First Step
 

The First Step will give you the foundations to Pilates which are applicable to all exercises in any floor, Reformer or apparatus class. This will include your breathing, core activation, basic moves and Pilates positions so you can move onto the Beginners classes. 

Beginners

During your Beginners classes you will be guided through exercises specific to our Beginners repertoire. The exercises will be broken down as they are taught ensuring you have great technique and are confident when doing them at

Basic Sculpt

Our Basic Sculpt classes are a great optional transition class after you have progressed on from your Beginners classes. This style of class runs at a slower pace and intensity than Full Body Sculpt and Power & Sculpt.

These classes will build on the Beginners content, giving you the opportunity to learn new exercises slowly and practice the flow of the movements.

Full Body Sculpt

A dynamic and flowing Power Pilates workout that may incorporate small props, such as the theraband, small Pilates ball, toning balls and Magic Circle.

You will be amazed at how quickly you will see and feel the results. With regular attendance at your Full Body Sculpt classes you will love your new body’s strength, flexibility and physique!

Pilates Fitball

These classes are a great compliment to Full Body Sculpt classes as they use the Fitball to challenge your core as it allows for a greater range of motion. You will use the Fitball to achieve a full body workout.

The instability of the Fitball will strengthen and challenge you in a different way to your floor classes, adding a unique variation to your Pilates training, helping you progress to achieve the results you want.

Power & Sculpt

These classes are for existing PFI clients who would like a more continuous flow with a higher intensity!  During this class you will come across more advanced exercises with movements that require a greater level of whole body integration.

Prices

Casual class = $28
10 Class Card = $170
20 Class Card = $330

12 Month Membership (unlimited floor classes per week) = $115 per month

12 Month Family Membership (unlimited floor classes per week for two immediate family members) = $200 per month

Membership Perks at PFI

  • You can come as many times per week to any studio that you like
  • If you come to class twice per week or more, this option is far more affordable than class cards
  • If you fall pregnant, your membership is instantly suspended without any fees
  • If you move interstate or overseas and can provide proof of your new address we will cancel your membership without any fees
  • If you go away on holidays and can't come to class we have many flexible options
  • We have special membership loyalty programs to reward you for being a member with us
  • If you become injured  or ill and are unable to continue Pilates for your health and you can provide us with a medical certificate we will suspend your membership without any fees

Essential Warm Up

To give our clients the best experience (and the best value for money) we are very conscious about starting our classes right on time to ensure a full hour workout. As part of the class structure the first 10 min are devoted to a warm up sequence to protect your body as you move into the more intense exercises. Please note that we don't admit clients after the first 10 minutes of class due to an increased risk of injury from missing the warm up.
