Post Natal + Babes Pilates Classes

The Post Natal + Babes Pilates classes are specifically tailored to the needs of a new mum to help you build internal and external strength, flexibility and boost self confidence.
Now that you have given birth, you are ready to start strengthening your core to support your spine, and getting back your shape. Bring your baby along to class to join in part of it with you or they can chill out in the pram close by.

What do I need to know?

You are able to join the Post Natal + Babes classes if you have been cleared by your doctor at your six (natural birth) or eight (caesarean) week check up.

The Post Natal + Babes classes are ongoing (you are not locked into a schedule), however booking into class is essential as we keep our class numbers small to ensure you get the attention you need.

Feel free to come on your own, or to bring bub either in the pram or in a Baby Bjorn carrier until they are highly mobile (as in crazy fast crawling!).

All you need to bring to class is your own support head cushion (able to be purchased for $10 from any PFI studio), a towel, bottle of water and a pair of shoes or thongs.

You are able to attend as many Post Natal classes per week as you like, at any of our studios.
