Fast Track Beginners Reformer Course

The Fast Track Beginners Reformer course is on offer to cater for those who would like to schedule their Beginners classes at times that suit their schedule, or who prefer working one-on-one with an instructor. The course includes four one hour sessions and covers all the Beginners Reformer repertoire to have you ready for the regularly timetabled classes in no time. As well as being able to schedule your own lessons, the advantage of having private sessions is that classes can flow at your pace and you are free to ask as many questions as you like. 

What do I need to know?

Bookings are essential to allow us to arrange a preferable time for your classes. Equipment is provided by PFI - all you need to bring is a towel, socks and a bottle of water.
