Pregnancy is the ultimate life experience – it can be joyful, painful, emotional, daunting and exciting... all at the same time! Pregnancy Pilates (also known as Prenatal Pilates) is focused on achieving an optimum physical and mental balance during this time.

We have developed a safe, yet challenging Pilates program that will help prepare and strengthen your body and mind for your birth experience and assist in a quick and easy recovery.

With many great physiological benefits for you and your baby (listed below), don’t forget about the fantastic body sculpting benefits that you will also receive from our style of Pilates!

The areas we can concentrate on whilst you are pregnant are:

  • Lean and defined arm, shoulder and back muscles
  • Long, toned thighs, hips and calves
  • Pert and firm bottom
  • You can feel confident with our highly qualified and experienced instructors, who know you by name and can individually tailor your workout according to your Pregnancy needs.

What do I need to know?

The Pregnancy Pilates classes are ongoing (you are not locked into a schedule), however, enrolment is essential (please see the Book Online page to enrol)

The classes are suitable for all women, whether new or experienced in Pilates

You must be past your first trimester ( 12 weeks)

We ask you to provide a letter of consent to participate in Pregnancy Pilates from your GP, obstetrician or midwife. We also ask you to fill out our standard screening forms so we are informed about your body upon starting the classes with us.

Casual class = $28.00
10 Class Card = $170.00
20 Class Card = $330.00

You are able to attend as many Pregnancy classes per week as you like, at any of our studios. With our flexible payment scheme you are only paying for the classes that you attend.
