Studio Pilates is private and semi-private appointments, is perfect for injury rehabilitation or elite conditioning, works with individually designed programs and uses the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and more!

Studio Pilates is a style akin to personal training, and uses specialised apparatus in a private or semi-private (3:1) setting. These sessions deliver repertoire specific to the physical needs and goals of the client: from rehabilitative through performance objectives.

Studio Pilates is also a useful rehabilitative option for a broad selection of conditions. PFI Instructors can liaise with your Allied Health provider(s) to develop a training strategy for conditions including, but not limited to:
- Pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Fibromyalgia and other neurological conditions.
- Spinal pathologies including Scoliosis, Osteoporosis and Osteopenia.
- Management of workplace injuries.
- Management of sports injuries.
- Prevention of reoccurring injuries.
- Management and or rehabilitation of chronic pain conditions.
- Pregnancy conditioning.
- Post-Natal rehabilitation.
Our Studio team is led by PFI Faculty who are qualified at the highest level and bring with them specialities drawn from diverse backgrounds including dance, physical therapy, athletic performance and elite level conditioning.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
PFI Studios are equipped with the complete arsenal of Balanced Body Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and arcs and Ped-a-pul. We also stock a large selection of small props including weights, poles, magic circles, resistance bands and loops, balls, foam roller and more, to ensure we create safe and appropriate challenge in your session.
Bring along some water to sip on, and grip socks, as these are compulsory for all sessions. (Grip socks are available for purchase on site.)
WHEN DO THE APPOINTMENTS RUN AND HOW DO I BOOK?
Studio Pilates at PFI is an appointment-based service, meaning we work to accommodate you wherever possible. We are open seven days a week, with early morning, midday and evening slots available.
Flexibility is the name of the game (literally and figuratively), so you can attend any of our locations using your Introductory Pass or assorted packages. Go wherever is convenient for you, or where your favourite Instructor is teaching!
Bookings are essential for all studio appointments and can be made online.
Can’t find an appointment time that suits? Get in touch, we’ll bend over backwards to help.
Please be aware we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Studio appointments. This is to protect both clients and our Instructors from disappointment and inconvenience. Semi-Private sessions require a minimum of two clients to go ahead, if you’re the only person booked into a Semi-Private timeslot, you will be given the option to either upgrade to a Private session, or reschedule.
