We understand how important it is to remain close to your baby during this stage of life, and depending on appointment times, we are often able to accommodate babies within Studio sessions to help make attending as comfortable and manageable as possible.

Advanced Assessment
Private 1:1 Studio appointments offer a fully personalised Pilates experience, designed entirely around you. Each session is guided by a highly trained instructor who takes the time to understand your body, movement history and goals and applies this knowledge with care and precision.
Using specialised Pilates equipment and thoughtful programming, your sessions evolve as you do — supporting strength, confidence, recovery and long-term wellbeing. Whether you are beginning your movement journey or navigating injury, change, or complexity, 1:1 appointments provide a calm, focused space to move safely, deeply and with intention.
Private Studio Appointments
Small Group Studio Appointments
Small group Studio appointments provide individualised Pilates programming within a shared studio setting. You’ll work from your own personalised program, guided closely by your instructor, learning how to move with confidence and independence over time.
This format offers a sustainable way to continue your Pilates journey after private sessions, combining expert support with the motivation and connection of a small group. Ideal for those who enjoy being around others while following a program tailored to their body and goals.
Available as Duos (2:1) for training with a friend or family member, or Trios (3:1) through our studio timetable.

Not at all. Many clients begin Pregnancy Pilates with little or no previous Pilates experience. Our instructors provide guided support throughout each appointment and offer movement options to suit different experience levels and physical needs.

The best place to begin is with an initial Advanced Assessment so we can better understand your body, recovery, movement history, and individual goals following pregnancy and birth.
From there, our instructors can guide you toward the most appropriate pathway for you, whether that is ongoing private Studio sessions, semi-private Studio Pilates, or eventually transitioning into Postnatal Mums & Bubs classes.
Studio Pilates offers a more personalised approach and can be particularly supportive for clients wanting tailored guidance during their postnatal recovery journey.

Your first appointment is designed to help us better understand your body and how we can best support you following pregnancy and birth. One of our experienced instructors will guide you through a personalised assessment and movement session tailored to your stage of recovery, experience level, and individual needs.
Your session may focus on areas such as breathing, pelvic stability, posture, mobility, strength, core connection, and overall movement patterns. This appointment also gives us the opportunity to discuss any concerns, discomfort, goals, or questions you may have so that your program can be tailored specifically to you.
Our aim is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable, understood, and confident returning to movement at your own pace.

In most cases, we recommend waiting until after your six-week postnatal check-up and once you are feeling ready to return to movement. As every birth and recovery experience is different, we always encourage you to listen to your body and follow any guidance provided by your healthcare team.

We’re at 9a, 248 Leach Highway, Myaree — a calm, welcoming studio designed for your comfort.
Free on-site parking is available for up to 2 hours. You’ll find us just under Pet Barn and next door to Tyre Power on Norma Rd.

Yes absolutely. We have space for prams within the studio and aim to make attending classes as easy and comfortable as possible for new mums. Sometimes the pram will need to be left outside of the classroom but our studio is big with plenty of space for indoor pram storage.
You can bring a bouncer, play mat or whatever it is that will be most comfortable for you and bub in the class.

Yes. Change table facilities are available within the studio for your convenience.

Yes. We have comfortable spaces within the studio where you are welcome to breastfeed, settle your baby, or take a moment if needed. We also have a kettle and microwave available for warming bottles or food.
