Advanced Assessment
Private 1:1 Studio appointments offer a fully personalised Pilates experience, designed entirely around you. Each session is guided by a highly trained instructor who takes the time to understand your body, movement history and goals and applies this knowledge with care and precision.
Using specialised Pilates equipment and thoughtful programming, your sessions evolve as you do — supporting strength, confidence, recovery and long-term wellbeing. Whether you are beginning your movement journey or navigating injury, change, or complexity, 1:1 appointments provide a calm, focused space to move safely, deeply and with intention.

Small Group Studio Appointments
Small group Studio appointments provide individualised Pilates programming within a shared studio setting. You’ll work from your own personalised program, guided closely by your instructor, learning how to move with confidence and independence over time.
This format offers a sustainable way to continue your Pilates journey after private sessions, combining expert support with the motivation and connection of a small group. Ideal for those who enjoy being around others while following a program tailored to their body and goals.
Available as Duos (2:1) for training with a friend or family member, or Trios (3:1) through our studio timetable.

Not at all. Many clients begin Pregnancy Pilates with little or no previous Pilates experience. Our instructors provide guided support throughout each session and offer movement options to suit your specific stage of pregnancy, experience levels, and physical needs.

Pregnancy Studio Pilates at PFI provides personalised, expert-led care through private or small group appointments. Using the full range of Pilates equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Matwork and small props. Each session is tailored to your body, needs and stage of pregnancy.
You’ll begin with a comprehensive assessment, followed by individually designed Pilates programs delivered under close guidance and supervision. Studio appointments are ideal if you’re managing pregnancy-related pain or complications or if you’re seeking more specific, individualised support.
The best way to start is with our Pregnancy Pilates Studio Introductory Pass, including a 90-minute Advanced Assessment and two 60-minute private studio sessions for $284.

For most pregnancies, Pilates can be a safe and highly beneficial form of movement when guided appropriately. At PFI, our Pregnancy Pilates appointments are specifically designed for pregnant bodies and are taught by instructors experienced in working with prenatal clients. These sessions are suited to all trimesters and your instructor will work with your individual needs.
As every pregnancy is different, we always recommend discussing exercise with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or pregnancy-related complications.
