Single Infrared Sauna

Enjoy the restorative benefits of infrared sauna alongside a friend, partner, or family member in our private Duo Sauna sessions. Designed to support recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing, these sessions offer a calm and welcoming space to slow down and recharge together.
Perfect as a post-class recovery session or dedicated wellbeing ritual, our Duo Sauna allows you to experience the benefits of infrared heat within the supportive environment of PFI.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing such as activewear or swimwear. You may also choose to bring your own towel to sit on during your session but clean towels are provided.

Our infrared sauna sessions are 30 minutes in duration, giving you time to relax, unwind, and experience the restorative benefits of infrared heat. There is time after this to get dressed.

Babies are welcome in class, and we understand that every session may look a little different depending on feeds, naps, and your bub’s needs. Our aim is to create a space where you can move, feel supported, and ease back into exercise comfortably and confidently.

Yes — many clients enjoy using the sauna following Pilates sessions as part of their recovery and wellbeing routine.

We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothing. Towels are provided for you within the room, however you are also welcome to bring your own if preferred. Cold filtered water is also provided for you.

Yes. We offer both Single and Duo Sauna sessions, allowing you to enjoy the experience individually or alongside a friend, partner, or family member.

Yes. Sauna sessions are booked privately, meaning the space is reserved exclusively for you or your Duo booking during your session time.

While infrared sauna is suitable for many people, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns, medical conditions, or are sensitive to heat.

We don’t have shower facilities at the studio. However, allowing your body time to cool down gradually following a sauna session can be a beneficial part of the overall recovery experience. Many clients enjoy taking a few moments to rehydrate, regulate their body temperature naturally, and ease back into their day following the heat exposure.
