“Yesterday was an unhappy one for me; I felt low all day. So I decided to book a class with Meaghan. It was the best decision I had made that day. Meaghan's energy and positivity immediately improved my mood. I felt like I accomplished the exercises effectively because of Meaghan's compassionate reassurance. Pilates helps not only the body but also the soul and mind. Thank you all for the positive and energetic environment.”

Our offerings

Matwork

Matwork Pilates uses body weight, props and gravity for resistance is flowing and continuous, is creative, fun and feels amazing and allows you to move in all directions. The heart of the Pilates method: matwork uses body weight and small props to create challenge that is scalable for every body. A dynamic, full body workout, matwork invites creativity and affords freedom in movement and flow.

Reformer

Reformer Pilates is a classic apparatus using springs and pulleys to provide adjustable resistance. It offers a supportive yet challenging workout, reinforcing technique, improving stability, and strengthening both large and small muscle groups. Like Matwork, all exercises are fully scalable, making the Reformer a versatile, full-body conditioning method.

Pilates Arc

The Pilates Arc is a contemporary apparatus based on the design of the original Spine Corrector. Unlike any other apparatus, the Arc delivers deeply lengthening and strengthening movements while providing corrective support throughout. Its gentle curves create a deceptively challenging full-body workout – the ultimate for body awareness and control!

Each class also incorporates ankle and wrist weights or a variety of small props, so no session is ever the same. Pilates Arc is suitable for all levels of strength and conditioning.

Pilates Chair

The Pilates Chair (A.K.A Wunda Chair or Exo Chair) is a piece of original Pilates apparatus. Its design offers a limitless and efficient full body workout that will challenge you in a completely unique way.

Although widely considered to be the most challenging of the Pilates apparatus, our Pilates chair classes are suitable for every level of strength and conditioning. The work on the Chair most closely resembles and remedies the physical demands of our every day activities.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy Pilates helps you to feel strong, connected and released during every stage of your journey.

PFI is a specialist provider of pregnancy Pilates: our Instructors are highly experienced in working with pregnant clients. Our dedicated pregnancy classes deliver safe Pilates repertoire that is also targeted, challenging, and scalable to your physical needs: on the Mat, on the Reformer and at the Barre.

Mums and Bubs

In a welcoming small-group setting, you’ll focus on deep core connection, pelvic floor support, posture and breath using a variety of Pilates equipment including the Mat, Chair, Arc and small apparatus. Led by instructors with specialised postnatal training, these classes provide expert guidance, gentle progression and a supportive community.
