Our Pilates Chair classes are open level but if you’re completely new to Pilates, we recommend heading to a couple of Fundamentals Reformer or Matwork classes first before booking into Pilates Chair. These classes are a 50-minute program plus 10-minutes allocated to connect with your Instructor on all things Chair learning. This allows us to meet you exactly where you are and build the skills you need to refine your practice, maximise satisfaction and help you see results – fast!

 

PREGNANCY CHAIR.

Chair is a game-changer for pregnant women. The engineering design of the chair means that many of the exercises are performed seated, standing or side lying, perfect for pregnancy bumps. You’ll enjoy the truly delicious release but deep supportive strength and body awareness that the Pregnancy Chair classes will bring you.
