Our Promise — To empower your growth toward lasting strength and self awareness with expert guidance and wholehearted support.
Our Story
Pilates Fitness Institute began with a simple belief: movement has the power to change lives. What started as a small studio in Myaree 26 years ago has grown into a welcoming, community-focused space where people of all ages, abilities, and stages of life can find personalised support. From day one, our goal has been to offer more than just classes — we wanted to create a place where every person feels seen, understood and genuinely cared for.
As our studio grew, so did our commitment to the highest standards of education. This passion led us to establish Pilates International Training Centre (Pilates ITC, RTO #52583) — a national and internationally recognised government-accredited education provider. Pilates ITC was born from our dedication to elevating the standards of Pilates within a largely deregulated industry, driven by a desire to mentor and develop instructors with the depth of training and expertise we wished had been available when we started. Today, this connection allows our PFI community to enjoy the benefits of training with some of the most qualified instructors in the country, while we continue to shape the future of Pilates education both in Australia and abroad.
At Pilates Fitness Institute
Our mission is to combine deep expertise with genuine care, helping each client build a thoughtful, informed relationship with their body. Through tailored instruction, respectful pacing and consistent support, we create a learning environment where confidence grows, curiosity is honoured and mastery becomes possible. Our vision is to redefine Pilates as a lifelong learning journey rather than a quick fix — offering a space where people feel safe, seen and supported as they develop true, lasting strength that carries into everyday life.

We honour curiosity and teach with purpose.
Presence matters.
