Start with group classes

If you're new to Pilates or new to PFI, start with our 2-Week Unlimited Group Intro Pass. Explore all our classes including Reformer, Matwork, Barre, Chair, Arc, Pregnancy & Postnatal and discover what feels right for your body.

For those completely new to Pilates or returning to movement, we recommend beginning with Fundamentals classes. These sessions focus on technique, breath, alignment and building confidence and are included in your Intro Pass.

Start with Studio appointments

Studio Pilates is a personalised private or small-group experience using the full Pilates apparatus — including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and small props. Guided by expert instructors, sessions are adapted in real time so you move safely, intelligently, and with purpose.

This format is ideal for rehabilitation and clinical Pilates, pre- and postnatal support, and for anyone working toward improved strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. With close supervision and thoughtful progression, you’re met exactly where you are and guided forward with care.

For those new to the studio, the most supportive place to begin is our Studio Intro Pass, which includes a 1:1 Advanced Assessment followed by two Private sessions. This allows your instructor to understand your body, clarify your goals, and create a considered pathway into Studio classes — so you start informed, confident and well supported.
