Expert-led, individualised sessions supporting rehabilitation, injury recovery and confident movement.

Private Studio Appointments

Private 1:1 Studio appointments provide a highly individualised Clinical Pilates experience, grounded in assessment, clinical reasoning and precise instruction. Each session is led by a comprehensively trained instructor who takes the time to understand your health history, injuries, movement patterns and goals, and uses this information to design and progress your program with care and accuracy.

Sessions utilise the full range of specialised Pilates equipment to address strength, mobility, control and coordination in a way that is specific to your body and needs. Your program evolves as you do — supporting rehabilitation, pain management, confidence in movement and long-term physical resilience. Whether you are new to movement, recovering from injury, managing a complex condition or seeking targeted support, 1:1 appointments offer a calm, focused environment to move safely, intentionally and with expert guidance.

Small Group Studio Appointments

Small group Studio appointments provide individualised Pilates programming within a shared studio setting. You’ll work from your own personalised program, guided closely by your instructor, learning how to move with confidence and independence over time.

This format offers a sustainable way to continue your Pilates journey after private sessions, combining expert support with the motivation and connection of a small group. Ideal for those who enjoy being around others while following a program tailored to their body and goals.

Available as Duos (2:1) for training with a friend or family member, or Trios (3:1) through our studio timetable.

How it Works

1. Begin with an Advanced Assessment.

Your journey begins with our Studio Intro Pass, including a 90-minute one-on-one Advanced Assessment and two private appointments. This allows your instructor to understand your body, health history and goals, so your program is designed specifically for you.

2. Move through a personalised program.

Based on your assessment, your instructor guides you through a program tailored to your body, health and goals.

Every session is delivered in the studio, allowing your program to be supported, adjusted, and refined in real time — with expert guidance at every step.

3. Progress in the way that suits you.

As you build strength and confidence, we’ll recommend the best next step whether that’s ongoing private sessions, small-group Pilates or transitioning into group classes when appropriate. We suggest a minimum 6-week commitment to allow for meaningful change.

The Benefits

  • Your body is not a template. Personalised Pilates appointments are designed around your unique history, structure and goals, allowing movement to meet you where you are and evolve as you do. This ensures your practice feels considered, relevant and supportive at every stage.

  • Every session is led by highly trained instructors whose knowledge goes beyond choreography. With a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and clinical application, your movement is guided with precision, care and intention.

  • Rather than pushing or holding you back, personalised Pilates supports steady, intelligent progress. Exercises are selected and adjusted in real time to help you build strength, confidence and skill in a way that feels sustainable and meaningful.

  • Personalised Pilates doesn’t just guide your movement — it builds your awareness. By understanding how and why your body moves the way it does, you develop greater confidence, autonomy and long-term resilience.

  • We’re regularly recommended by physiotherapists, chiropractors and other health professionals who trust our expertise. If you’re managing injury, pain or returning to movement, you’ll feel supported by a team that speaks the same language.

  • If your body has multiple layers — past injuries, pain, pregnancy, scoliosis or movement restrictions — you’ll be met with understanding, not hesitation. Our experience allows us to tailor confidently and thoughtfully, even when things aren’t straightforward.

  • This isn’t about quick fixes. Personalised Pilates at PFI helps you develop a capable, resilient body over time — so you move with confidence, efficiency and ease in daily life, not just in the studio.
