Private Studio appointments

Private 1:1 Dance & Sports Conditioning Studio Appointments offer a fully personalised Pilates experience tailored to the specific demands of your discipline. Each session is guided by a highly trained instructor who takes the time to understand your movement background, training load, injury history and performance goals, applying this insight with precision and care.

Using specialised Pilates equipment and targeted programming, sessions are designed to enhance strength, control, mobility and coordination while supporting efficient movement patterns and injury resilience. As your body and training demands evolve, so does your program — whether you are refining technique, cross-training to improve performance, returning from injury, or managing the physical demands of dance or sport. These 1:1 appointments provide a focused, high-level environment to train intelligently, move with confidence and support long-term performance and longevity.

Small group Pilates

Small Group Dance & Sports Conditioning Studio Appointments provide individualised Pilates programming within a shared studio environment, tailored to the physical demands of dance and athletic training. Each participant works from their own personalised program, guided closely by an experienced instructor who understands performance-based movement, load management and technique development.

This format offers a sustainable and effective way to continue conditioning after private sessions, blending expert supervision with the energy, motivation and connection of a small group. Programs are designed to support strength, control, mobility and coordination while respecting your individual movement history, training schedule and performance goals.

Small group studio appointments are ideal for dancers and athletes who value focused instruction while enjoying the accountability and shared momentum of training alongside others. Available as Duos (2:1) for training with a friend or family member, or Trios (3:1) via our studio timetable.

How it works.

1. Begin with an Advanced Assessment.

Your journey begins with our Studio Intro Pass, including a 90-minute one-on-one Advanced Assessment and two private appointments. This allows your instructor to understand your body, health history and goals, so your program is designed specifically for you.

2. Move through a personalised program.

Based on your assessment, your instructor guides you through a program tailored to your body, health and goals.

Every session is delivered in the studio, allowing your program to be supported, adjusted, and refined in real time — with expert guidance at every step.

3. Progress in the way that suits you.

As you build strength and confidence, we’ll recommend the best next step whether that’s ongoing private sessions, small-group Pilates or transitioning into group classes when appropriate. We suggest a minimum 6-week commitment to allow for meaningful change.
